RETURNS & REFUNDS
At FirstImpressions, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at [f_impressions@yahoo.com](mailto:f_impressions@yahoo.com) with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
* Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
* Items not in original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
